01 Service Description
AimeonAI is an AI-powered video generation platform that enables users to create videos from text prompts. The service is provided via a web API and associated client interfaces.
- AI-driven text-to-video generation using third-party AI models
- Credit-based consumption billing tied to video duration and quality
- Project management tools for organising and storing generated content
- Video export at resolutions up to 4K depending on subscription plan
- Secure cloud storage for generated video outputs
The service is provided "as is." Generation results depend on AI model outputs and may vary.
02 Accounts & Eligibility
To use AimeonAI you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials
- Not share your account or API key with third parties
03 Subscription Terms

Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date via Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Credit rollovers
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credits reset on your monthly renewal date regardless of usage.
Plan upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
04 Usage Limits
Hard limits (enforced by the API)
- Video duration: Maximum varies by plan (5s – 30s). Requests exceeding your plan's cap are rejected.
- Credit balance: Requests are rejected when your credit balance is insufficient.
- Monthly video count: Requests are rejected once your monthly video quota is exhausted (except Enterprise).
Rate limits (API)
- Per-user: 5 requests per second burst; 60 requests per minute sustained
- Generation endpoint: 3 requests per minute
05 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AimeonAI to generate, store, or distribute content that:
- Depicts or facilitates illegal activity
- Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic
- Harasses, defames, or threatens identifiable individuals
- Depicts real people without their consent in misleading or harmful contexts
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
06 Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit and the video outputs generated from them. By using the service, you grant AimeonAI a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your outputs solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Our platform
All software, APIs, documentation, and branding associated with AimeonAI are the exclusive property of AimeonAI and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the platform.
07 Account Termination
Termination by you
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. After cancellation you will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Termination by us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, automated abuse, or any activity that poses a legal or security risk to AimeonAI.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Generated videos are retained for 30 days after termination. Account data is retained for a minimum of 6 years for legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy.
08 Liability & Disclaimers
- AimeonAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
09 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
