01 Digital Product Policy

AimeonAI provides AI-generated digital content as a service. Once compute resources are consumed to generate a video, those resources cannot be recovered. For this reason, our default policy is:

No refunds after credits have been consumed.Credits deducted for completed generation jobs are non-refundable, regardless of whether you were satisfied with the AI output. There are meaningful exceptions described below.

02 Subscription Cancellation

How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal in your account settings. No contact with support required.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to your subscribed plan's features until the period end date
  • Your account and generated content are not deleted โ€” you are downgraded to Free

Subscription refund window

If you are charged for a subscription renewal and request a refund within 72 hours of the charge, and you have not consumed any credits or generated any videos during that period, we will issue a full refund.

First-time subscriber guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied within your first 7 days, contact us. If your account shows fewer than 3 completed generation jobs, we will review your refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Plan downgrades are not refunded.The difference in cost is not refunded for the current period. The downgrade applies to the next billing cycle.

03 Credit & Job Refunds

Automatic credit refunds (system-initiated)

  • โœ“Generation job fails: Credits deducted for a job that enters a FAILED status are automatically restored within 60 seconds.
  • โœ“Job timeout: Jobs that time out in a PROCESSING state trigger a watchdog process that refunds credits automatically within 5 minutes.
  • โœ“System error: If a job fails due to confirmed platform infrastructure error, credits are refunded automatically.

What is NOT eligible for credit refund

  • โœ—Dissatisfaction with AI output quality: Completed jobs that produced a video output are not eligible for credit refund.
  • โœ—Accidental job submissions: Credits consumed by jobs you did not intend to submit are not refundable.
Credit disputes are taken seriously.We maintain a full audit log of every credit transaction. If your report identifies a genuine platform error, we will restore the exact credits affected.

04 Refund Eligibility at a Glance

  • โœ“First-time subscriber โ€” within 7 days, fewer than 3 jobs: Case-by-case review, generally approved.
  • โœ“Failed generation job: Credits refunded automatically. No action needed.
  • โœ“Confirmed platform billing error: Full credit or monetary refund upon verification.
  • ~Duplicate charge: Investigated and refunded if confirmed within 14 days.
  • ~Unused one-time credit pack (never used): May be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.
  • โœ—Subscription after 72 hours with usage: Not eligible.
  • โœ—Completed job โ€” dissatisfied with output: Not eligible.
  • โœ—Account terminated for policy violation: Not eligible.

05 How to Request a Refund

Include required information

Your account email, the charge date and amount, the Stripe invoice number, and a brief description of the issue.

Await review

We review all requests within 3 business days and send an email confirmation of our decision.

Refund issued

Approved monetary refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method. Credit refunds are applied directly to your account balance.

06 Processing & Timelines

  • Automatic credit refunds (failed jobs): Within 60 seconds of job failure
  • Watchdog credit refunds (stuck jobs): Within 5 minutes
  • Manual refund review decision: Within 3 business days of request
  • Stripe refund โ€” appears on card statement: 5โ€“10 business days after approval
  • Credit balance restoration: Immediate upon approval

07 Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved faster through our support process.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension.Accounts with open disputes are suspended pending resolution.

08 Exceptions & Extenuating Circumstances

We review refund requests outside the standard eligibility criteria in genuine extenuating circumstances, including extended platform outages, documented billing errors caused by a bug, or account compromise resulting in unauthorised charges.
